Referred to as the Jolly Partner, Susan brings over forty years of experience using the written word in marketing, advertising, and public relations. An active member of the Paris and Henry County communities, Susan has served fish at the Fish Tent, spent many Christmases as Mrs. Claus, and served on numerous boards such as the W.G. Rhea Public Library, the Tennessee National Wildlife Refuge (TNWR), and the Historic Atkins-Porter Neighborhood Association. Her dedication to the community makes her the ideal person for public relations.

Andrew Wheatley

Managing Partner / SRE

Before becoming the Managing Partner, Andrew began as an intern for PARIS! Magazine and Nellon-Jones Public Relations in 2008. He quickly proved his worth as technician by repeatedly fixing Susan’s MacBook, building upon years of being the kid in class who can fix a computer faster than a teacher. His first IT company started in 2011, fixing technical issues at the University of Mississippi. After working seven years with a Type 1 Incident Management Team on wildfires and other large disaster response deployments, Andrew wanted to spend more time with his family..

Tim Stockdale

A newly returned west TN native, Tim has had a wide breadth of experience that makes him invaluable to SJPR and our clients. If you’ve seen any of our websites in the last three years, Tim has developed it. He is our backbone when it comes to digital marketing and his skills include HTML/CSS/JS coding, Astro framework sites, WordPress management and design, and SEO. Tim joined SJPR in 2019 to put his love of computers to use.

Chelsea Bolen

Writing / Wrangling

Chelsea began making a living from her writing passion after meeting Susan and joining the company in 2021. She enjoys pairing her established love of creative writing with her burgeoning love of technology to create specialized digital marketing campaigns. She is a featured writer with PARIS! Magazine and has bylines in other local publications. She also serves on the board of NWTN Cares, a local non-profit advocating for the overall welfare of the citizens of NW Tennessee concerning healthcare and access to medical services. She is currently in training for project management.
